Refunds Policy

Please choose your pieces carefully as all purchases on original artwork and commission artwork are final and non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, commission artwork or gift cards. Please email us at hello@shannonheath.com.au to advise of return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns will be credited once received and returns policy adhered to.

I do my best to represent the colours correctly for artworks and products, but the colours you see on your computer screen or device may vary slightly from the actual artwork or product.

Damages and issues
Your order is packed professionally to protect from damage. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
